They prioritize work, motivate and actively develops the production team to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assign and supervise the work of production employees to meet all quality requirements and production schedules
  • Oversee daily production to ensure production schedules are met
  • Motivate production team to ensure goals are met
  • Ensure employees are trained on production procedures and practices
  • Maintain production records for production counts and standard hours
  • Ensure production targets and quality standards are maintained
  • Follow established safety, quality and production improvement goals
  • Schedule and review the work of other employeesQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Minimum two (2) years of experience in field
    • No experience in people management required.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
      • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
      • Pay Range: $69,634.51 - $90,000.00 annually.
