Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring for Packaginf & Labeling roles in Carlsbad, Ca.

Experience, Resume & Interview is required. Drug test & Background

Pay - $18.50/hr with Overtime

Monday - Friday - 10 hour shifts - 4 am - 2:30 pm



As a Packaging & Lableing you will:

The Packaging/Label Machine Operator will safely control various machines and equipment involved in production.

- Operates packaging machine in accordance with instructions and specifications.

- Pack the required quantity of product within established specifications and tolerances.

- Maintains logs and records of units produced including a record of errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.

- Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup.

- Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Operator to load product onto the packaging machine, by carrying a 20-pound bin upstairs and inspect the conformity of components.

- Visual actuality to read instructions, operate machines and inspect parts produced.



This is a full time position



The ideal candidate will have:

- Ability to follow directions and work well within a team environment.

- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.

Carrying/lifting 20-pound bins upstairs and or floor grounds.

Material Handler is responsible for lifting UTM filling when needed in addition to all machinery supplies such as film, UTM, paper, and all finished goods.

- Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations.

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- At least one year of related experience preferred.



Pay range $18.50/hr
