science.How will you make an impact:As the Director, Market
Development for the Sample Prep business unit, you will lead a team
of marketing professionals responsible for demand generation across
multiple business segments inclusive of both product and OEM
revenue streams. You will define and implement the marketing
strategy encompassing campaign development, digital marketing,
channel optimization, segmentation and new product launches while
partnering with business, marketing and commercial leaders across
Sample Prep, BID and LSG to drive broad impact.What will you
do?
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Implement go-to-market strategy in
partnership with business segment leaders to support growth
initiatives.
- Demand Generation: Drive demand for product and OEM offering
through all channels (e.g. Direct, Fisher, eCommerce) demonstrating
KPI leadership to measure impact.
- Product Launch Execution: Collaborate with product management
to develop and implement high impact launch plans for new products
and workflow solutions.
- Campaign Development: Deploy over-arching marketing campaigns
to position workflow solutions to target customer segments to
accelerate product adoption.
- Digital Marketing: Leverage digital solutions (e.g. SEM/SEO,
social, agentic AI) to accelerate run-rate growth.
- Customer Insights: Leverage customer feedback and voice of
sales to advise roadmaps, application development, and marketing
strategies.
- Commercial Enablement: Partner with regional marketing and
commercial operations to support channel activation, bolster
product proficiency, and increase commercial engagement.
- Collaboration: Partner on cross-divisional initiatives to
enhance awareness and demand in research, applied and clinical
segments.
- Operational Excellence: Drive program execution and drive
continuous improvement to ensure a return on marketing
investments.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a successful marketing team,
fostering professional development and continuous learning.How will
you get here:Education
- Bachelor's degree in science or business; advanced degree
preferred.Experience
- 10+ years marketing experience in the life sciences industry
with 5+ years of leading marketing teams.
- Proven success in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and
market development for a life sciences tool provider.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability
to collaborate with a diverse set of partners.
- Agility to operate effectively in a global, highly-matrixed
environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Customer Focus: Understand and address customer needs to enable
their success.
- Strategic Mentality: Develop and deploy strategy to drive both
near and long-term business growth.

salary range estimated for this position based in California is
$160,100.00-$240,125.00.This position may also be eligible to
receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or
individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
