Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in business administration or a related field and 10 years of experience in the job offered or 10 years of experience design and implementation of new product processes.

Also required is 10 years of experience: troubleshooting new and existing product problems involving designs, materials and/or processes; resolving operational issues to improve productivity or remove bottlenecks; performing root cause corrective actions to improve manufacturing processes and/or products, tooling, assembly methods, quality control standards, etc.; leading lean manufacturing events to improve the manufacturability, cost and/or quality of product lines; introducing new manufacturing processes and the documentation for the same; exercising overall responsibility over cost, production times, and staffing requirements; performing financial impact analysis; and overseeing the purchase of equipment, materials and parts to enable the manufacturing of products.

We are offering a salary of at least $188,302 per year depending on education and experience.
