Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of Manufacturing and/or Program Management experience.

Also required is 1 year of experience: identifying cost reduction opportunities related to Manufacturing Engineering Operations that apply to Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles, including using and applying Lean and Continuous Improvements tools such as Root cause analysis, PDCA Cycle, 8Ds, Kaizens, Blitzen's, and Process Management, defining processes, performing SOP creation and implementation, and utilizing key performance indicators; participating in New Product Introduction, including with regard to gates and deliverables for manufacturing, PFMEAs, KPIs, DFx, Training, and Manufacturing Ramp metrics; utilizing standard MFG software such as MES, AutoCAD, Excel, and Word; utilizing Ax and/or SAP software to review and update Cost Routes and BOMs; and applying MFG Process knowledge to perform audits on products in production in order to determine areas of cost reduction and/or efficiency improvements.

We are offering a salary of at least $129,355 per year depending on education and experience.
